Heidi is really a 5-year-old in a grown-up’s body. Growing up she loved to read, knowing that through books she could travel anywhere and be anything. She currently directs choirs and drama teams with 1-5th graders, teaches drama and improvisation classes in after school programs and presents at Young Authors Conferences throughout the state.

Heidi has worked as a storyteller, professional clown, international tour guide, puppeteer and as numerous historical characters including Beatrix Potter (Minnesota Children’s Museum), Maud Hart Lovelace (Minnesota Historical Society) and Ms. Frizzle. Heidi enjoys singing songs and creating stories with her little sister, Greta and her mother, Rosalie.
